Poor processes, lack of training, support and collaborative, stressful, fast paced. High turnover rate leads to constant resource constraints and people being overworked.

Over the past 6 months we have put in place an amazing talent acquisition infrastructure to engage a diverse workforce, as well as new developmental programs, and amazing new leaders. Pros

The strongest part of the company was the long-tenured employees and team members who were there prior to the leadership changes. They were knowledgeable, supportive, hardworking, and helped create a collaborative and positive culture despite the challenges brought by new management.

Kontras

Finance leadership was one of the biggest issues at this company. The VP of Finance was overly micromanaging, and the CFO set unrealistic expectations while communicating in a condescending and arrogant manner. Employees with years of experience were routinely made to feel incompetent and undervalued, which created a toxic and demoralizing work environment.
