Deceptive hiring practices - the job roles/responsibilities are not accurately captured during hiring process. Roles could easily change once hired. Too many redundant positions and chaotic re-orgs within the company with outdated processes still in use - shows inefficient use of resources leading to cost cutting measures such as forced time off for employees. HR and senior management don't take employee's concerns seriously and there isn't much room for career growth within the company. Products/technologies are mostly average and not exactly the best in the industry
