They all speak and tell you information only in a indirect way of communication, this projects lack of transparency. In their AGM they do ragging of freshers like it's some college, make you dress up like a girl and do a small drama and if it doesn't satisfy them then they'll hate you 🤣. Family run business so lots of favouritism and no growth. Too much manipulation (hiding information) and stalking of a person's work is what I felt. Miscommunication between CEO and Manager so they really don't make any solid decisions regarding business. The most internal politics I've ever seen in any company so far, and it's bad for freshers as you don't learn anything from it. There is a small kid in the company whom they shelter (CEO's relative), he wants constant attention and he records even normal conversations to pit it against you, kindly ignore him. They are very pretentious people and always hiding something as they seem to be doing something illegal. Also they don't provide proper training due to indirect way of communication. It's a very childish company as they fight like small kids. I remember when I was in college and school when I had similar sort of fights. If you make any mistake, they immediately start making fun of you and spread the word to the entire company and others as well, they love gossips. They also send you to clients without completing your training itself which is unprofessional.
