They overworking they make you do things that is out of your job description. They are only about numbers. They are not about their customers. Customers satisfaction is not it. Supervisors are stressed due to upper management not caring at all. All they want to see is numbers they really don’t care if you’re helping the members or not with that being said if you’re a mortgage company you would think you’re aim is to help the customer get back on track. No they only care about payments. No payment get them off the phone. That’s their motto l if you ask me. And a favor of your agents more than the US mainland agents because they pay them less.
