Cross team communication is next level. 'Product roadmap' is not only a concept but it's visible and executed, often ahead of schedule. We delivered over 50 new features in 2025 and we aren't slowing down. Sales quotas are attainable but you have to work for it. Our marketing team is great and we have strong inbound lead volumes - hitting quota does require you to run some outbound campaigns and retouch campaigns. I can't think of a 'con' to share at this time. Onfleet is well positioned for success, the entire team is incredible to work & collaborate with and I feel like it's a whole new era of winning.

Hands down, Onfleet is the best job I ever had. The culture was real and refreshing. The slack channels were lively and enriching and even as things shifted I still felt like I worked with the best humans ever.

The product didn't develop with the market. Drowning in tech debt with no meaningful progression over several years meant we were left behind as others moved on. The pricing increase killed some of our smaller customers as we tried to move upmarket (enterprise) without the product features to back it up. You cannot build revenue on a product that isn't evolving. It was disheartening to see four rounds of lay offs as we slowly whittled away the team I loved.
