Honestly, not much to say here unless you're okay with chaotic environments.

Kontras

As a contractual employee, I was required to physically show up at the office while the rest of the company worked remotely. Zero onboarding, chaotic communication, and unrealistic expectations from leadership.

Pros

Remote work, some flexibility, salary on time (mostly).

Kontras

No work apparatus given, own laptop and internet. Rampant nepotism and yes men in mangement. Unethical behaviour towards employees, vendors and customers alike. Redundant systems and no scope for any linear career path. Specific toxic manager who is totally incompetent and only pretends to work, talking nonsense while being intoxicated during work hours. Outdated platform and incompetent product team. Founders have lost the plot.
