There are a bunch of cons about OneStream. * Pay once per month. * When you do get paid there is a 95% your pay will be wrong and you will wait a month or longer to get it corrected. * The nepotism there is unlike anything I have ever seen. It literally pays to be related to the right person at OneStream. * The hoops that have to be jumped through for a person to be terminated for poor performance or even cheating are insane. * Depending on your department you will spend a lot of time in meetings and doing busy work that leads to nothing actually getting accomplished. * The leadership is some of the weakest leadership I have ever seen in action. * Once you leave, if you need anything or have a question, the tone you get from HR/Benefits really changes and not for the better. * Pay in a lot of positions is way below the market average. They need to get with the times and pay for talent because there are a lot of companies willing to pay for that talent. * Not a lot of diversity in upper management.
