Worst thing for any company to do is to keep promising employees a raise for whole year.. then laying them (25 people) at once… no respect nor appreciation. Micromanagement, and frankly speaking, it’s the fault of the worst leaders there thinking to save their chairs only! Too often “late night” work for developers, who never receive a recognition.. and yes, their hr there saying “you do what your boss says”, so no way I’m recommending OneRail to anyone)))) salaries are below the Fair Market Values, no growth, no promotions.
