They hire many fresh graduates. It could be a decent first job for fresh graduates who cannot find jobs elsewhere. If you boss likes you, you can be promoted easily.
Kontras
Very bad management. There is no rule for anything. Everything is purely based on your boss or the big boss' likes and dislikes. You see people got promoted and fired easily. Talents are not well retained. The 3 year attrition rate is like ......90% for people who are not too old or too lazy or too tired to find a job elsewhere.
