Terrible compensation, bad support from C-suite and senior leadership - Engineer bei OneMain Financial: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Compensation is terrible, annual raises don't even match inflation, and bonuses are slashed by senior leadership to add to their own. On top of underpaying, there is also a renewed push back into office. So we're losing money with inflation, getting our bonuses, slashed, and losing benefits and paying more in gas.
