I started working here on July 2021. In that time I have seen one raise. I have seen no promotion for myself or anyone else on my team. There has been colleagues hired after me that make the same base pay as I do. When you get hired they tell you that weekends and late days are as needed. What they don’t tell you is that one Saturday a month is mandatory and one/two late nights a month are mandatory. They hire you as a loan officer but make you do collection calls even though they have a complete department for that. Policy changes every month so you’re always wrong in your procedures.
