DM and above only care about the numbers! Doesn't matter what you did last month either - it's what your doing NOW that matters. HIGHLY pressured job and if you don't hit your ridiculous #s you will be wrote up and eventually terminated if you are not liked. Don't ever call ethics or HR thinking its anonymous because it's not and there will be repercussions to that call!
