Pros
I worked for the corporate office in Fort Worth. Most benefits are awesome. After 16 years, I had and awesome salary many weeks of vacation. Insurance is not so great and has declined every year since I started working there.

Same old corporate politics and bs. It's not what you know, it's who you know. I had an awesome manager for many years and when OneMain was bought by Springleaf, I was suddenly transferred under a micromanager that I had a difficult time working for. Over the years, almost every employee who had worked for this manager eventually quit because they could not handle her management style and backstabbing, unethical behavior. However, because of this manager's relationship to senior management, she was untouchable.
