The carrier partnerships were wonderful. The Customer Advocacy Center was a great resource.

Field Offices do NOT have the same culture as corporate. Management was concerned about their bottom line and not morale. There is no where to go in the organization. They hire outside of the organization instead of promoting from within. The pay was not great and the benefits were very expensive. There was lots of drama and a large workload. The resources that were available were hard to find and there was no training for new hires.
