They used to be a client focused company then they changed the vocabulary to "customers" and treated them as such. They believe every client is the same and should be treated the same. They moved from personal connection to every employee is the same so there is no need for clients to work with the same employee over and over. This is great for the employees to be able to leave when they want since there will be no relationships to leave behind. Robots do the same thing over and over without emotion and that is the type of employees they love. Their new product is constantly full of bugs that cause stress for their customers so be prepared like an exterminator to apologize that the bugs are still around.
