Pros

None I took the job because I needed work until I quit a week after getting hired.

Kontras

Process took a day literally! The next the day they told me my real job was selling government phones on the streets. Purely low commission pay job. Expect to work 12 hour days even on Saturday. Co-workers are shady and two face people who talk smack behind your back.

Thank you for reviewing our company. We are very sorry that your time with us was less than satisfactory. We are also very hurt that you got the impression that we were less than professional. We take pride in our company values which include integrity, compassion and dedication, and we provide many benefits for our team including travel, hands-on experience, and mentorship. We are not a scam. In fact, many people on our team have used their experience with us to do amazing things with their lives. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our growing company.

Pros

Management team was very nice and $$$ bonuses for new-hires were a nice incentive. That's pretty much it.

Kontras

1)If you are o.k. with standing in the parking lot of a 99 Cent store in bad neighborhoods for 8 hours by yourself trying to get people to sign up for a free cell-phone then this is for you! If not, don't waste your time. They make it seem like they have all these opportunities for advancement and that you only have to be in the entry-level for 1-2 months until you get "promoted" to a "management" position, but once you get promoted you are still required to stand outside 99-cent stores and Food4Less's daily, just with a new title. It is a complete waste of time. 2)The hours are ridiculous; they expect you to work 6-days a week, 10-12 hours per day and you're not even guaranteed pay. No professional role will ever require you to work 60-70 hours per week without proper compensation and/or overtime pay. Not to mention, they don't even pay you an hourly rate. There's no base-pay so you can work an entire 10-12 hour day and make NO money if you weren't able to sign anyone up for a free phone (which isn't as easy as it sounds). How is that even legal? Pretty sure this is an MLM scheme.
