The company is rapidly growing and facing the pains that come with that. The Operations positions often offer low pay and high stress. Typically if a persons is out, their workload is barely covered. Coverage was a constant struggle with several employees not asking for help as they knew no one could help. The Client Relations department is green with most employees being newly hired within the last 8 months. Burnout was a major problem in both areas.
