Kontras

1. This is a tiny company with no future goals or plans. They hire people without even thinking and then fire them after 2 to 3 months without giving any reason. I experienced it myself, and they do the same with other peers. I see 5 to 6 people going the same way; they terminate them without reason. So job security is 0%. Don't ever leave a secure job to join this company. 2. They keep 15 days salary for junior positions and the first month's salary for senior positions. This is an awful act, as they do not disclose it before hiring. 3. Salary distribution is too late; they distribute salary on the 15th. For example, if you work from 1 Jan to 30 Jan, they give you money on 15 Feb, which is too late. 4. They give you a salary in installments, like they deduct money on every distribution cycle and then give it to you later, which is annoying. You have to ask HR repeatedly when you will receive my money, and HR only gives you a lollypop, "It's in Process." 5. They hire people for only data entry work; whether you get hired for Software engineering, Quality Assurance, or Python development, they will give you data entry tasks. 6. No career opportunities

Pros

• Only two people deserve appreciation: Abdul Wahab and Zain Ahmad Zakir. They are true mentors who genuinely help others learn and grow.

I worked at One Machine Software House for around 20 months, and during this time, I saw 22 employees being terminated. Here’s my honest experience. From day one, things didn’t feel transparent. On the day of joining, they ask every new hire to sign an agreement — but they never mention it before joining. The contract states that 25% of your salary will be deducted for the first four months, and if you resign within six months, you won’t get that amount back. Also, your salary is paid after the 15th of every month. In my case, I joined as a PHP Developer, but after three months, I was told there was no PHP work left. They said either I should leave the company or switch to Java, and they would provide training and certification (this was communicated by Madam Riffat, the CM). Unfortunately, that was one of the worst decisions of my career. They made me sign a 36-month contract, deducting Rs. 42,500 per month for six months — a total of Rs. 255,000 — supposedly for training and certification, which I never received. During my time there, I personally witnessed 22 people being terminated. Those who resigned voluntarily are a separate case. The management is extremely unprofessional — they terminate employees overnight, sending an email late at night saying “Tomorrow will be your last working day.” I’ve never seen behaviour like this in any company. ❌ Cons • Works on very outdated technology, which can seriously damage your career. • Micromanagement — even the CTO holds meetings with trainees. • Toxic politics and zero trust. • No empowerment — for every small decision, they say “We’ll ask management.” • Excuses for no salary increments, usually blaming clients. • Unprofessional behavior and rude language during meetings. • Employees are forced to switch technologies (e.g., Java to React or Angular), and when they fail to perform, they’re terminated. • After leaving, you’ll feel lost about your actual skills and direction. ⚠️ Final Advice Please think twice before joining this company. It may look good from the outside, but inside, it’s full of politics, pressure, and false promises. They can easily ruin your confidence and career growth.
