      - Full ownership of projects and end-to-end management for learning. - Current leadership is enabling people to become a better version of themselves. - As a techie, new exploration opportunities are ample, if you ask for it. - Product is exciting and is asking for new features almost everyday, keeping the work in flow with no stop. - Salaries are on time.

      - Sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming, with the amount of problems at hand. - Leaves are a problem, if the work is delayed. - Amount of code shipped every week, weekend supports are expected. - No processes are in place due to a small and fast paced environment leading to issues.

      Good team Good increments Cool office

      The work is repetitive. The founder is biased towards some specific teams, he is dating the sales head and so doesn’t deep dive into problem solving but only sets his expectations. Founder hasn’t ever worked In a company and so he doesn’t understand how to manage, only knows how to order. Very poor leadership skills

      Management people lacking basic skills The founder is full of himself. He shouts at people like they’re slaves. Awful language. Lacking manners. Personally never worked with him one on one but just seeing colleagues treated like dirt. Don’t expect appraisals.
