- Great backing by management for developers looking to explore technology - Transitioned from On-Premise to Cloud (Azure mostly) - Has lot of collective knowledge of the e-Commerce space - Friendly people to work with - Many leadership opportunities - Plenty of parking spaces available

Kontras

- Needs a little bit of tuning in the management space but we're only human. Management team does try to improve and is not stagnated.

Pros

A great big family culture, that embraces people from all nations, cultures and backgrounds. Lovely atmosphere that works well for those who are self driven and self motivated. If you are someone that needs to be told what to do, then this is not the place for you. But if you are creative and love to take initiative, then you will enjoy Olympic. Very flexible working conditions and very understanding when it comes to family commitments.

Kontras

Not much prospects of career growth in terms of job titles and pay rises and climbing the corporate ladder, because there is no ladder at all. Nothing to climb. You stay where you are when you first joined. You might get shifted around to do other jobs because its a plug the hole policy. If you enjoy what you do and are just happy to do your job and go back home, then great. If you are ambitious, you will get frustrated.

Pros

Olympic has a very strong sense of "family" which includes each and every staff member. Each day you will feel like you are working with your classmates, and the team leads are very easy to approach as well. Since it's a consultancy, developers do get chances to work on a variety of projects. The leaders encourages people to take initiatives, and help them do so as well. Free parking.

Kontras

There is a need for senior developers to spend more time mentoring and be more available for every team. People are moved around (physically or to other projects) too much.
