In general they walk the talk about "employees are our greatest resource". Management is trained on a regular basis, there is annual opportunity for employee feedback, and HR policies and programs are designed to make the employee feel valued. There is focus on the patient and family to make them feel cared for and respected.

Kontras

Organization has expanded a lot in recent years, so there are growing pains incorporating more locations and personnel, some with different work habits and expectations. And there are some bad bosses - it's not perfect.
