Flexible with time, bosses are understanding, lunch time can cook in office, nice colleagues that's super helpful and fun to get along with! Bosses are friendly and allow you to suggest and have automy over projects. Near to cheap and nice food places.

Got to wear multiple hats and do tasks and ad hoc jobs for bosses other companies even though hired under 1. Got to OT quite alot and got to be very independent and confident with yourself to push things forward. Sometimes bosses can be stubborn and your voices won't be heard and change won't be implemented. Sometimes can feel very stressed out and overwhelmed.

Great place to work at, very organised and detailed instructions to follow too. The people there are kind as well. I once gotten some ice cream treats delivered to my house from the company and it was such a sweet gesture! The people there would offer you advice on how to improve the quality of the work and the supervisor is very patient and knowledgeable.

Not a lot of food options around the area. Might have to take a bus to eat lunch sometimes. Unless you are a motion graphics animator, there’s not a lot of opportunities to grow as an illustrator/2D animator.
