      Pros

      Oculus systems has always put its clients and employees above all. They have always been accountable when errors are made. They look out for all employees, unfortunately there are bad apples out there, which of course taint the water for those of us with integrity, which is one of their core values. If you are ambitious, act in a professional manner, and have integrity this is where you want to work, the sky is the limit at Oculus

      Oculus has grown quadruple in the last year, which at times is hard to keep up with especially when less then deserving employees throw wrenches in the gears. However this does allow for rapid advancement in the company.

      Pros

      These guys are professional. There is opportunity for advancement and they pay on time every time. Management is so easy to work with. Eric, I respect the hell out of you as a small business owner and as a leader. I worked with these guys for over two years.No cons at all. Keep up the good work!

      Pros

      Excellent Staff, Decent Pay for the line of work, Dedicated and selfless superiors who care about the well being of their employees, and opportunities to add more hours to schedule as available.

      As a part-time employee, there are obviously no benefits or special incentives. The training for the line of work was not comprehensive. The incentives for advancement in the company such as "pay raise, or other opportunities" were meager.
