Pros
I have worked at Objectivity for over 10 years and loved every moment. The chance to work with customers in different industries helping them solve very complex problems is rewarding. I've been involved in satellite and cellular networks systems, and manufacturing and financial solutions to name just a few. However the most rewarding was standing in front of about 12 military personnel saying they know the system we're involved in and it SAVES LIVES. I can't think of any other place I would have had these experiences. The developers and field engineers are a remarkable group of people and a pleasure to work with.

The company has had its fair share of ups and downs, but what do you expect working in the heart of Silicon Valley where risk and reward go hand in hand. Each time we've come out of the downs stronger than before.
