Pros

The pros are unlimited pto however usually you don't have time for pto because you have to grind and they expect you to work even on Saturdays.

Kontras

Awful culture, leadership lies and isn't transparent, never gave bonuses, said they cant do promotions but certain favorites got promotions, HR is not fixing the culture, constant change, scared you are going to lose your job everyday

Kontras

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
