A lot of workload is given to freshers, quick learning, good enough pay, very young crowd

fast promotions to undeserving candidates (without increase in pay), in order to retain them This may seem as a pro, but it will render you unhireable for other companies (think about it, you will want higher positions without having developed the necessary qualities) Their policies are never employee-centric Very fast and volatile business requirements, requirements keep changing everyday before we even build the product, frustrating the developers
