Pros

Very little. Lots of really good people who were also sold the dream.

Kontras

Where to begin. No professional development. Middle management pathetic. They talk a good game to bring you in but the tech is awful, processes are broken, hotels hoodwinked into deals, investment promised isn't delivered, BD a revolving door - you *will* lose your job if you don't sign, happened to my peers.

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Kontras

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
