Pros
There are certainly many pros to working at OVH US; as it is a new separate entity from the rest of OVH, it is being built from the ground up with the guidance of certified professionals with long standing IT work history for major tech companies from all over the country. The benefits are currently great, plenty of vacation and sick time, fantastic health, dental and vision insurance and 401K. Great new offices with a friendly team environment and a great energy to be part of when it comes to a pseudo-start up like we are. Career advancement opportunities and training are available and highly recommended for employees to try to have as much career growth opportunity as possible
Kontras
As it is currently very much a start up, it has a start up environment which can be very different from a well established corporation. Not everyone can handle this environment and it requires a highly fluid and collaborative mindset. Things change frequently and one must be able to roll with the punches
