You get plenty of autonomy. As long as you can explain the value of what you're doing and avoid overworking yourself, you can set rules, start projects, or define your own way of working. 3. No one makes PowerPoints! No one! Seriously, no one! 4. Stock units have massive upside—I’m hoping they 10x soon!
