Sales focused, not customer or employee focused - Director of Project Management bei OSG: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company hired me to be a change agent, but when push came to shove they were not interested in change at all. The company is sill running on old systems that are clunky and not conducive to quick turn-around changes that clients want and need. No structure around project management, no documentation, very poor communication.
