Beware when signing contract with them as what is stated in contract isn't the same as what you will receive explanation given was that there's no budget and it was a split payment. This company is just red flag as HR manager has no clue how things is in SG compared to my foreign colleagues which was earning more despite having no experience compared to what I was paid which less then the average and mind you I have experience and a diploma on top with worload and long probation and notice period. Beware and stay Out!
