Work/Life Balance, Ability to impact the direction of the company, Management is very receptive and open to feedback, People at the company are amazing to work with.

No major downsides, for the most part love working here, and feel like I am making an important impact.

Work load isn't very intense and the company tries to ensure everyone has a good work life balance. The other devs are easy to talk with and are accommodating to answering questions and giving advice. The Project managers are for the most part easy to get ahold of for clarification and getting responses from the clients. When I first started I was teamed up with a more senior developer to help with the transition into their code base which I found very helpful. There will be a bit of a learning curve with the terminology you will work with since they work in a bit of a niche industry and their code base since it is completely custom, but they expect this and provide time to acclimate, which is very rare from my experience.

The only thing I can think of is the amount of PTO days offered. However, with how accommodating they are with work life balance this usually is not an issue.
