Small team, great people, flexible office space and hours.

Can't think of any cons, mostly great firm to work for.

The building itself is a great place to work at. Very secure and contains different amenities.

As an entry level designer, I was not trained at all. This made it very difficult for me to adjust which resulted in me being let go. I was not given the same opportunity that other entry level coworkers had.
