No cons to report. Amazing place to work.

Enjoyed my time with the team I worked with. Nice balance of work and share of responsibility. Lots of room to grow and make what you want of your career. Great natural growth approach to the business unlike some start ups I've worked at who are running before they can walk. Given a bit more time this company will do very well.

If you are not good with flexible thinking and approach to things I wouldn't reccomend. You need to be fairly innovative and entrepreneurial mind set to work here.
