Pros
Nutrien works really hard at send all employees, contractors, and visitors home at the end of each shift. The Culture of Care and the Five Key Daily Actions are the best safety resources I have ever seen at this site. I love what it does for everyone. These two things are not only a great resource but provide unique obligations for everyone to work together and go home each and every day.
Kontras
I don't have a con per say, but humans are humans. This comment is not directed at the company at all. Nutrien is making all of the right efforts for everyone to work safe. Unfortunately, humans still want to do things their way too many times. While no one intentionally tries to get hurt, workers tend to still react without thinking, and do without stopping to assess potential hazards. Again, Nutrien is making the effort to educate. That is why I am so proud of the work I do at Aurora.
