Pros
We have a flexible schedule, get bonuses at the end of the year. If there's enough money in our budget, you could work overtime. I think they also have great parental leave benefits and it's not a stressful environment. I've also been enjoying the recharge days that are offered once a month (most months) in order to deal with working from home.
Kontras
Not enough to raise a family. Pay merit increase is not that substantial.
