Really good team work and knowledge sharing. The engineering team is really strong and we are able to learn a lot. The office is in a great location with a view of the bay.

I've been here over 4 years and both the company and many of my co employees have experienced significant growth. I have learned so much about what everyone in the company does to the point where I can step into almost any role and make a positive contribution. I have seen people start at the company right out of college and three years later their salary is over 3 times what it was when they started and their job has a significant impact on company operations. The people that move up do work hard as taking care of our customers is the primary role of everyone in the company. Great place to get alot of experience and be rewarded for hard work. I have also seen a few people that start with the company and for whatever reason just can't seem to find their place. If you read the negative reviews after this one, it is easy to identify those people. People do need to work hard and work smart to stay with the company and for people that are not willing or not able to work hard or to learn new things, this probably isn't the place for you. It is easy to blame management or someone other than yourself when things don't work out, (especially in an anonymous forum), rather than trying to understand why there was a difference between expectations and performance.
