Thank you for your feedback on the Novarad product. We pride ourselves in listening to the market and innovating new technology to increase the difference we are making as a health imaging provider.
I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.
Zero job security, even for loyal, high performers. I have watched, over the years, many amazing people get laid off with no warning, just a cold "you're getting laid off, here's a box for your stuff, please exit the building now". Low pay when compared to the rest of the industry.
