Pros

The only pro is you get to meet new people cause turn over is insanely high.

Cons that about sums up management. This is a company that puts it's own good reviews on glassdoor to self promote. There is no vision and or leadership. Leadership has conference in Miami then next week wants to cut jobs to make up budget gaps. How about spend money going to Miami. This JLT the Jadak leadership team is biggest joke. Internally it's the called Jadak Laughing Team cause we all know what a joke it is. As a company there are so many directors if your on your computer looking at the org chart you have to hold the top of the computer to prevent it from tipping over. Directors directing no one. We added upper leadership that is not qualified to run a burger king. Pretty sure we recruit on tinder. Not to mention we have no had a new design in years. They take credit as new design of acquisition that these companies have been making for years. Oh and head count same way but we all know matter of time before they get rid of those people.

really cool technologies, very nice, helpful, and intelligent engineers

Mid level to C suite Management is disconnected from day to day operations to a fault. The amount of tech debt is staggering to a point of there being no hope of a future without doubling engineering headcount in just about every department. For the past 3 years people have been getting laid off or quitting to the point where the offices are empty, and back fill is always rejected.
