Like working with my team, PTO is accrued well according to hours of service.

always on constant alert your job may be lost. No real job security anymore. Organization really does not respect and show gratitude for employees anymore. No real incentive to stay. Benefits keep going down and price keeps going up. They have a do more with a lot less staff mentality. Employees are leaving in droves even middle management. No recognition like it used to be. Used to have a little gift or meal at holidays-no nothing at all. TOO many big chiefs getting ridiculous raises and lower Indians working for peanuts. Cant staff appropriately now and keeps wanted to expand
