Very hard to transfer within departments. Communication between management could be better. Pay increase for your skills should be reviewed every 6 months instead of 1 yr. Disciplinary actions could be handled in a different manner not to effect your bonus for 1 year. There should be separate staffing for the ED, if overtime is offered it should be same pay for all departed instead of department budget based
