      I am treated very well. I get along with my team and I love how they take care of each other when there is a crisis.

      I would like if we can get more days off, but given that this company deals with the health of individuals, I do give some leeway as to why our schedules are what they are.

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
