Much like previous reviews which are increasingly scathing, the company lacks many positive attributes including but not limited to a diverse workforce. The lack of women and POC's in positions of seniority in favour of white men contributes to the volume of employees leaving amongst the implementation of a 5 day in office week which is a rather peculiar approach for a technology company in the UK. It is an echo-chamber of white men who most likely never made it past the thinking of teenagehood. Furthermore, the fear upheld in the culture of the company as a result of the CEO deserves a checking with many consistently on the firing line. It is an unhealthy environment to foster and develop employees regardless of how it may look on a CV.
