Good product to sell(Honda) that product sell itself

One of the core value is integrity which you don’t see.unfortunately a lot of nasty stuff going on in this dealer(Irvine location).BDC rep sells your customer informations to other sales person.A lot of favoritisim.There are certain people which they don’t do anything but all they do buy starbucks and lunch for desk managers and desk managers takes care of them by giving them spoons.However upper management noticed that someone is cheating the system but they didn’t take any action.Favoritisim and spoons left and right is so obvious here

The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!
