Minium salary increase once signed the contract. Barely internal promotion opportunities. Vacancies are often not published on internal job market. The published job vacancies are often filled by prearranged/fixed people before the advised closing date. Worse work and life balance. Managements push every project regardless of the huge efforts required. And no recoginzations for the efforts and contributions.
