after merge at 2007, the new company comfirmty and work hard to keep it's rank in telcom market. all employee has to facing new challenge, worked in NSN, 1,Competence could be raise quickly 2, New product release quickly 3, work habit of team working

Kontras

matrix management structure is really confused some people, especially to the customer team. Head cut cause the high work load.

Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

Kontras

1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
