      Pros

      great opportunity to work on the cutting edge telecom technology. Has a great work atmosphere. Work on RNC product of the company is fruitfull.

      Kontras

      They do not pay very well. Onsite opportunities are not there. There is loads of work to do but very less competent people to do it.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Kontras

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
