      Interesting projects. Good non-payment benefits (e.g. free gym). Low workload. Cool people. Good software development processes. You can see your work realized in an actual product.

      Easy to stuck in developing technical knowledge. Hard to advance in carreer. Too low intensity of communication within the projects.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Kontras

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
