      - Nokia was an excellent place to start your career, the amount of support provided was incredible. - Benefits, very much on par with industry leaders

      - clearly visible signs of promoting people based on who they know, rather than what they know - at times, criticism is not well accepted by senior leaders

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Kontras

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
