The current hybrid model works well for most employees. Co-workers are some of the best. Benefits are decent. Company is an ESOP.

Upper management seems to be focused on the future of the company, and not focusing on real issues currently happening within the company. There is not enough mid-level staff to support the current work-load. High turn-over rate lately. There is an emphasis on recruiting and hiring new staff, while not taking care of those who have been there for a while.
